The Vineyards Estate is excited to announce the launch of our new restaurant name!

We will celebrate the new name, Restaurant Botanica from Friday the 10th of October.

Although our menus remain in the same style and format as previously with Splash restaurant, we are moving towards a far more seasonal approach.  We have begun the first stages of planting an estate garden with the intention to bring to your dining table, the freshest produce possible, every day!

Keep your eyes open as we begin to offer an even better restaurant experience than before!  We will be presenting some exciting new programs such as our summer 'Dine amongst the Vines' program where we offer a select number of restaurant guests the opportunity to dine within our vineyard under the stars in summer!

At the beginning of May 2008, husband and wife team, Belinda Grant and Mark Stapleton took over the operations of The Vineyards Estate and things have been on the up and up since.  The new ownership is a 50/50 partnership between Belinda and Mark and Graham and Jude Turner from Brisbane.  Graham Turner is the managing director of Flight Centre and he and Jude own 4 other luxury properties including the elite Peppers Spicers Peak Lodge, of which Belinda and Mark were the founding managers.

Plans for the property are to lift the already high standards with upgrades on packages already complete.  All suites are now complete with their own complimentary arrival mini bar inclusive of Dom Ruinart Champagne to kick off your stay!   A new guest lounge is soon to be added with additional luxurious soft furnishings arriving for the rooms soon.

Splash restaurant has a fabulous new menu and the feedback is wonderful.  Service is impeccable, with the focus on providing a menu and wine list designed to compliment the wonderful and relaxed vineyard surrounds, seeking to present the freshest, and highest quality produce available.
