Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival will forfeit the deposit amount unless we can re-sell the package for you. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be responsible for the entire package charge. We are committed to assisting and being flexible and will make every attempt possible to re-sell your suite for you.
A $50 administration fee is appliable to all cancellations where a deposit refund is required, otherwise we are most happy to hold your deposit for a future visit.
