1. Q: What type of accommodation do you offer ?
   A: The Vineyards Estate Guest House is a small, 5 star, modern, luxury retreat catering for no more than eight (8) couples at any one time. Each spacious 5 star modern studio suite enjoys sensational vineyard and mountain views and features a private lounge area with wood burning open fire place.
   
   A romantic nights sleep is ensured in the handcrafted King Size 4 Poster Bed and the large granite and marble ensuite includes a full size 2 person Spa. Other suite amenities include: Plasma Screen TV, State of the art Stereo System with DVD, Complimentary DVD library, Air Conditioning, freshly ground Toby’s Estate coffee and a selection of teas.

2. Q: Where are you located ?
   A: The Vineyards Estate is located in POKOLBIN, (the main winery area of Hunter Valley Wine Country). The Guest House sits on top of a hill, a vantage point, boasting some of the best views in Pokolbin. The Vineyards Estate at Pokolbin is a 5 to 10 minute drive from over 70 wineries and more than a dozen restaurants.
3. Q: What other accommodation in the area do you compare with ?
   A: The Vineyards Estate at Pokolbin is a unique retreat in so far as there is no other like us in Hunter Valley Wine Country. If we were to compare ourselves with other like accommodation we would list Peppers, Cypress Lakes, The Convent, The Tower, Crowne Plaza and Casuarina. However, all of these places are larger resorts. The Vineyards Estate is a small, quiet, 5 star retreat. If lots of people and family groups are what your looking for we suggest you try one of the large resorts.

5. Q: Do you have a vineyard ?
   A: Yes we do have a vineyard. We have eight (8) acres under vine, made up of shiraz, merlot, cabernet sauvignon and chardonnay grapes. We make our own wine and have already won several medals. All wines are available for tasting and sale at The Vineyards Estate.
