We have carefully designed a menu and wine list to compliment our wonderful, relaxed vineyard surroundings, seeking to present the freshest, and highest quality produce available.

Entrée

Snapper and prawn tortellini, asparagus, and lime butter sauce

Roasted Nulkaba quail, baby potatoes, Persian feta, and pickled radicchio

Crisp soft shell crab, dukkah, chickpea mousse, dried figs, and preserved lemon

Scallop and avocado ceviche, baby cress, blood orange, and cucumber salad

Yamba prawns wrapped in prosciutto, with sweet corn fritter, tomato jam, and rocket

Pan fried haloumi, with roasted beetroot, asparagus, hazelnuts, rocket, Vincotto dressing

 

Main

Lobster and crab agnolotti, mussel, crab and fine herb salad

Slow cooked duck, warm salad of puy lentils, beetroot, broad beans, and eschallots, aged balsamic

Market fish with a Tuscan bread salad of basil, tomatoes, ciabatta, cured pancetta

Spinach Tagliatelle, confit tomato, braised fennel, artichoke, dried olives, and homemade ricotta

Char grilled lamb loin, cumin roasted sweet potato, smoked eggplant, and celeriac salad

Aged beef fillet, sautéed Kipflers, baby onions, rosemary butter
